Our Mission: REACH OUT| RESTORE|RELEASE
Lots of people know about Jesus in our part of the world. Many would tell you they love Jesus. They grew up in church and attended church every Easter. They have Bibles in their homes. Scriptures are hanging on their walls. Jesus seems to be a big part of their lives. He’s just not the center. Their lives are not that much different than everyone else’s.
What if more is possible? What if Jesus is bigger than you think He is? Better than you think He is? More loving than you think He is? More gracious than you think He is? What if there's a joy and a peace available to you that you dare not imagine?
Our mission at Restoration City Church is to introduce people to the real Jesus. The real Jesus is so much more than a consultant offering you a better life. He is so much more than a hero to admire or a teacher to emulate. Jesus is the very power that created the Universe. He is the center of all things and the One for whom all things exist.
REACH OUT
At Restoration City Church we are called to reach to bring Jesus to our community. To share the Love of Jesus with the broken, hurting, and far from God!
RESTORE
Following Jesus also means becoming more like Him. Your salvation and eternity are secure the moment you accept Jesus as your savior, but your sanctification (spiritual maturity) is a journey that doesn’t happen in isolation. Becoming more like Jesus means letting go of your past and growing in freedom surrounded by a loving community.
Part of the restoration is to Discover Purpose.
God didn’t just save you from something, He saved you for something! You were created in the image of God with a unique purpose. Often the thing He saves you from is connected to what He wants to use you for. The purpose isn’t something we create or choose, it’s something we discover in the content of the community. Discovering your kingdom purpose is a journey and we’re committed to helping you every step of the way.
Restoration City Church offers several serving opportunities in weekend services, local outreaches, and national and global mission trips.
RELEASE
Finally, following Jesus means going out into our world, loving our neighbor, and making a difference. We find great joy in giving generously, praying boldly, serving consistently and helping other people find and take their next step. Freely we have received, freely we go make a difference!
What if more is possible? We believe the Church was always meant to be a church on the move. Not a building. Not a weekly meeting. A movement. We invite you to come be a part.
